What are the available delivery methods?
ARTiiG's sweatshirts are shipped by PostNord.
Which countries do we ship to?
ARTiiG offers shipments worldwide so wherever you live, we will deliver your wearable art piece.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your items with PayPal or by using your credit card. The available options for the credit card payment are VISA, MasterCard or American Express. All prices are listed in euro (EUR) and the amount will be translated to your local currency by your payment provider based on the exchange rate at the time of the purchase.
When will my order be shipped?
Shortly after you have placed your order and we registered your payment you will receive an order confirmation by email. It is essential that you provide the right email address. Your order will be shipped within 1-3 working days and delivered within 2-7 working days depending on the country where you live.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been confirmed?
Once the order is confirmed you can still make changes, please email us at: stay@artiig.com.
However, when you receive the parcel tracking number it is no longer possible to cancel your order since the package is already on its way to you.
How do I track my order?
Orders shipped within Denmark and with the value of a minimum 165 € and all orders outside Denmark include a tracking number. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipment details including the tracking number. Please make sure that you provide us with the correct email address. You can follow your order until it is delivered to you.
Can I exchange the ordered product?
Yes. Please let us know about the exchange within 30 days from the day you placed your order by emailing us at: stay@artiig.com.

Can I return the ordered products?
Yes. If you regret your purchase, please let us know within 30 days from the day you placed your order by emailing us at: stay@artiig.com.

My item is damaged, what now?
We are very sorry if you encountered any issues with your product. In case of such an unfortunate situation please send us photos with visible damage and a short description of the problem and how it happened. We will make sure to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
I received my order but it's incomplete or containing a wrong product. What should I do?
We apologise in case of such a situation. Please contact us immediately after spotting the issue. Send us an email at: stay@artiig.com with pictures of the received order and a short description of the problem.
When my exchange or return could NOT be accepted?
If the products have any usage marks an exchange/return will not be accepted. When you receive your order, you can try on the sweatshirt just as if you were trying it in a physical store. Anything more than that is considered as usage. If the product has any usage marks when you receive it, please take a picture of the damage and send it at: stay@artiig.com.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as we receive the returned product. Please note that the proceeding time depends on the type of card you have. Freight will not be refunded. More can be found in the Our Policies page.
What size should I choose?
ARTiiG's sweatshirts are available in three sizes S, M and L. The corresponding measurements to each size are available in the Sizes section.
How do I take care of my sweatshirt?
Our sweatshirts are made of 100% organic cotton from South India so they demand special care. Please wash your sweatshirt carefully – inside out at max 40 degrees. Never tumble-dry it.
If you take care of your ARTiiG sweatshirt properly, you will have it for a long time and this is good for the planet :)
How is my sweatshirt packed?
We wrap your sweatshirt like artwork and we use a minimal amount of paper and plastic to do it. We do our best to always print our labels on recycled or organic paper and we use green bubble wrap made of 50% recycled material to reduce environmental damage.
