Refund and claim

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: stay@artiig.com. 

Claim
You have a right to claim your product in case of any product's deficiencies that have been present at the delivery. Therefore it is important that you carefully check the product when you receive it. For a claim to be approved the product's damages can't occur due to your incorrect usage of the product or other behaviours that made these shortcomings present. A claim should be reported as soon as you discover the defect and within 30 days from the day you placed your order. 

To initiate a claim please send us pictures and a short description of the damage on the following email: stay@artiig.com. 
Approved claim means that we will replace the items with a new one. If the particular model is not available we will suggest another one of equal value or you can choose to get a refund.
